Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while close to the restaurant and facing some noise and smell, were clean but small with maintenance issues. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location, despite wildlife sightings and a nice beachfront, had some drawbacks like a small beach with sea grass. The dining was average, but the friendliness of the staff made up for it.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with unexpected ocean views from the porch, and the breakfast at Mivida was exceptional. The staff, especially the security chief, made us feel welcome and safe. The location right by the beach was ideal for relaxation, and we loved the convenient access to nearby restaurants and shops. The dining experience, although not perfect, had its tasty moments, and the overall value for money was great.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were basic but had everything you needed, including air conditioning. However, they were small, showed signs of wear and tear with cracks in the paint, and lacked a shower curtain. Plus, the low-frequency noise from various devices inside and outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Despite these issues, the proximity to the beach from the glass door was convenient. At almost 4000 pesos per night, I expected more comfort. The lack of air conditioning made the nights unbearably hot, and even the ceiling fan was inefficient. The room condition needed improvement.
I stayed at the hotel located on the side of the road. The rooms were tiny and dark but very clean. While there was no air conditioning and the shower pressure could be weak at times, it didn't bother me much since I'm not too picky about luxuries.
